Sarah, the straight bob wig has the option of being a lace front wig or a closure wig. The wig is also made up of premium virgin hair with 150% density, giving volume, fullness, and a natural look. 

Since the Sarah wig is made up of our premium virgin straight hair, the hair is soft from the weft to the tip and can easily be curled and straightened easily, and dyed. The hair can lift up to a #27 and be dyed to any color you choose.

Sarah Straight Bob Wigs should fit circumferences ranging from 21-23", and a diameter up to 14.5".

When fitting a Femi S. Hair Closure Wig, a few measurements should be taken into consideration. Use a measuring tape to get the best dimensions. The measurement should be taken with your natural hair flat or braided down in a way that it would be for an install.

How to measure your head for the Lace Front and Closure Wig:

Measure the circumference and diameter of your head.

  • Circumference: From the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear, and then back to the front hairline
  • Diameter: From hairline to nape

When you first receive your wig It is best that you use a wig cap to try it on your head to make sure your wig fits your liking. Keep all the original packaging in place and DO NOT SEW-ON OR INSTALL YOUR WIG OR ADD CLIPS OR BANDS OR CUT THE LACE if your wig doesn't fit the way you expected. If you want to return your wig please keep the following refund and exchange policy in mind:

Refund and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the time you placed your order. Email us at hello@femishair.com photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you the next steps on how to return your items. Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.

Refunds and exchanges will only be honored on new, unused wigs. All original tags must be attached, and the piece must be returned with all original packaging and accompanied by your original receipt. The process for a refund will be granted once the wig has been received within the 14 days since the order was placed, and the wig was examined and approved to be in its original state by Femi S. Hair.  

If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order. We do not refund shipping charges. Contact us with any questions you may have about your potential return.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package – what do I do?
We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.

Do I need to prepare my wig before install?

Yes! It is best that you co-wash your Femi S. Hair wig before an install. Like your real hair, our wigs look best freshly cleaned!

*Tip: It is best to use a moisturizing conditioner when co-washing your wigs. Also to keep your wigs looking fresh after install it is recommended to wash your bundles with a shampoo and then deep condition for 10-20 mins, using a moisturizing conditioner.

What products should I use on my Femi S. Hair wigs?

*TIP: Try not to use too many products in order to avoid build up on your hair.

I use: A moisturizing conditioner with accompanying shampoo Liquid Leave in conditioner.

Can I straighten or flat iron my wig?

Yes, you can straighten your wigs since our wigs are made of 100% virgin hair! However, we STRONGLY recommend not to use high heat too frequently. Try to not use heat above 350 degrees. Since you are straigtening human hair, the hair can get heat damage and the cuticle can be damaged over time if high heat is used frequently.

Can I dye my wig?

Yes, you can dye you wigs! However, we STRONGLY recommend that you allow an experienced hair care professional to color your wig.

How long does your wigs last?
Depending on the maintenance, and measures taken to keep our hair looking and feeling luscious, our wigs can last 24+ months!

How do I maintain my Femi S. wigs?

Like with your real hair, regularly shampooing and conditioning your wigs with a high-quality sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing sulfate-free conditioner is a must!

Sulfate-free hair products are always best as other options may be too harsh for the hair!

For wavy, curly, and colored extensions we also suggest a sulfate-free, leave-in conditioner.

For wavy and curly textures we also recommend a sulfate-free curl-construct mousse.

Next, it’s always great to use a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools, and sleep on a satin pillowcase (or in a satin cap) to reduce breakage, tangles, and thinning.

Lastly, with wavy and curly textures, it’s always best to braid, cornrow, or two-strand twist your install at night in order to have a fresh, new look in the morning!

Femi S. Hair does not cancel orders under any circumstance. You must ensure you are placing the order you absolutely need or you will have to wait until the initial order is delivered and returned to initiate the refund process. Our team immediately begins working on and processing your order the minute it comes in, so we simply cannot accommodate ANY canellation requests. You must receive your order first, then request a refund.

The wig must be in the original state it was sent to you or your client. The Lace Must Not be cut. The hair must not be cut or dyed. The hair must be in the original state. It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.
