We will consider refunds for up to 10 days after purchase.
Femi S. Hair does not cancel orders under any circumstance. You must ensure you are placing the order you absolutely need or you will have to wait until the initial order is delivered and returned to initiate the refund process. Our team immediately begins working on and processing your order the minute it comes in, so we simply cannot accommodate ANY cancellation requests. You must receive your order first, then request a refund.
Make sure you enter the correct address when placing an order and check neighbors or nearby locations if you don't see your order after it was delivered. Check your tracking number to make sure your order was delivered. We are not held accountable if your order is delivered to the wrong address.
If you receive an incorrect item, email us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipt to be considered for a return. Returns are not accepted once the product has been received, unless there is a defect or issue with the product itself. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you the next steps on how to return your items.
We do not refund shipping charges.
Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.
Hair or products must be in their original state. The same as it was sent to you or your client. Especially for all lace products. For example, wigs, frontals, and closures (the Lace Must Not be cut). The hair should not be dyed. (It must be in its original state) For bundles, the hair and wefts must not have been cut or manipulated in any way. The hair will go through an inspection process before we can approve a refund request. It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.
We can not give refunds for altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn / color processed in any way).

We take returns and chargebacks very seriously. If you attempt to defraud our company, expect criminal charges and a civil suit to follow. Out of the orders we’ve shipped, we have never lost a dispute.
