    Free Shipping for Orders $260+. Standard shipping is a flat fee of $6.95, which takes 2-3 business days.
    Express shipping is a flat fee of $24 and it takes 1-2 business days.
    We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.
    Canada shipping will be available for 5-7 business days for $35.

    My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package – what do I do?
    We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.

    Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.

    We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

    We only ship to a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.

    Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange for something else? No problem! Just send it back to us within 14 days, and we will send out your requested style.

    We honor this for up to 14 days after purchase.

    Femi S. Hair does not cancel orders under any circumstance. You must ensure you are placing the order you absolutely need or you will have to wait until the initial order is delivered and returned to initiate the refund process. Our team immediately begins working on and processing your order the minute it comes in, so we simply cannot accommodate ANY canellation requests. You must receive your order first, then request a refund.

    If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you the next steps on how to return your items.

    Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.

    Bundles must be in the original state it was sent to you or your client. The Weft Must Not be cut. The hair must not be cut or dyed.  It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.

    If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order.

    We do not refund shipping charges.

    We take returns and chargebacks very seriously. If you attempt to defraud our company, expect criminal charges and a civil suit to follow. Out of the orders we’ve shipped, we have never lost a dispute.

    Do I need to prepare my bundles before install?

    Yes! It is best that you co-wash your Femi S. Hair bundles before an install. Like your real hair, our bundles look best freshly cleaned!

    *Tip: It is best to use a moisturizing conditioner when co-washing. Also to keep your extensions looking fresh after install it is recommended to wash your bundles with a shampoo and then deep condition for 10-20 mins, using a moisturizing conditioner.

    What products should I use on my Femi S. Hair extensions

    *TIP: Try not to use too many products in order to avoid build up on your hair.

    Can I dye my extensions?

    Yes, you can dye you extensions! However, we STRONGLY recommend that you allow an experienced hair care professional to color your wig.

    How long does your extensions last?
    Depending on the maintenance, and measures taken to keep our hair looking and feeling luscious, our extensions can last 24+ months!

    How do I maintain my Femi S. extensions?

    Like with your real hair, regularly shampooing and conditioning your extensions with a high-quality sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing sulfate-free conditioner is a must!

    Sulfate-free hair products are always best as other options may be too harsh for the hair!

    For wavy, curly, and colored extensions we also suggest a sulfate-free, leave-in conditioner.

    For wavy and curly textures we also recommend a sulfate-free curl-construct mousse.

    Next, it’s always great to use a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools, and sleep on a satin pillowcase (or in a satin cap) to reduce breakage, tangles, and thinning.

    Lastly, with wavy and curly textures, it’s always best to detangle and then braid, cornrow, or two-strand twist your install at night in order to have a fresh, new look in the morning!
