Do I need to prepare my wig/bundles before install?

Yes, it is best that you co-wash your Femi S. wig/bundles before an install. Like your real hair, our bundles look best freshly cleaned!

*Tip: It is best to use a moisturizing conditioner when co-washing your bundles. Also to keep your bundles looking fresh after install it is recommended to wash your bundles with a shampoo and then deep condition for 10-20 mins, using a moisturizing conditioner.

What products should I use on my Femi S. wigs/bundles?

*TIP: Try not to use too many products in order to avoid build up on your hair.

I use:

  • Moisturizing conditioner with accompanying shampoo
  • Liquid Leave in conditioner

Can I dye my hair extensions?

Yes, you can dye our wigs/bundles! However, we STRONGLY recommend that you allow an experienced hair care professional to color your hair extensions.

How long does your hair last?
Depending on the maintenance, and measures taken to keep our hair looking and feeling luscious, our wigs can last 24+ months and our bundles can last 18+ months!

How many ounces are your bundles of hair?
All our bundles are 4 ounces.

How do I maintain my Femi S. wigs/bundles?

Like with your real hair, regularly shampooing and conditioning your extensions with a high-quality sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing sulfate-free conditioner is a must!

Sulfate-free hair products are always best as other options may be too harsh for the hair!

For wavy, curly, and colored extensions we also suggest a sulfate-free, leave-in conditioner.

For wavy and curly textures we also recommend a sulfate-free curl-construct mousse.

Next, it’s always great to use a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools, and sleep on a satin pillowcase (or in a satin cap) to reduce breakage, tangles, and thinning.

Lastly, with wavy and curly textures, it’s always best to braid, cornrow, or two-strand twist your install at night in order to have a fresh, new look in the morning!

How many Femi S. bundles do I need?

This answer all depends on style and preference; however here are our suggestions:

  •  We suggest at least three (3). Please keep in mind, the longer the length the less track you will get. For example, a 30” bundles will have much less track that a 24” bundle, because our bundles go off weight (longer hair is heavier).

Why is my transaction not going through?

Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information, exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?

No refunds. No exchanges.

It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipts. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items.

Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will not be granted a refund – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.

If you enter the incorrect mailing address, you need to pay an additional $10 to cover processing expenses before your order is shipped out.

Any order returned due to adding the incorrect address will not be refunded or mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs.

We take returns and chargebacks very seriously. If you attempt to defraud our company, expect criminal charges and a civil suit to follow. Out of the orders we’ve shipped, we have never lost a dispute.
